The neonatal Fc receptor has emerged as an important clinical target in adult life that is currently under evaluation in a number of clinical scenarios. This talk will provide an introduction to the functions of FcRn in regulating IgG and albumin, its two main ligands, and the clinical opportunities that emerge from this understanding.
